Choose a line of business
Each line opens the design workbench with its ISO form (the industry-standard policy contract), provisions, compliance & underwriting rules, and the climate risk model scored for this address.
HO-3 — Homeowners
Owner-occupied dwelling, open-peril on the structure (any cause of damage is covered unless specifically excluded). The deepest model: valuation, protective devices, scheduled personal property (high-value items itemized and insured separately), wildfire mitigation.
DP-3 — Dwelling Fire
Non-owner-occupied / rental dwellings. Landlord-oriented: covers the landlord's lost rental income (loss of rents) rather than temporary-living costs (loss of use); the tenant's belongings aren't covered.
FAIR Plan + DIC
Insurer of last resort for high-wildfire risk where admitted (state-licensed, regulator-approved) carriers decline. Fire-only — pair with a Difference-in-Conditions (DIC) companion policy that adds back what the FAIR Plan excludes.
Flood (NFIP)
Federal flood program. Priced by FEMA flood zone and how high the home sits vs the Base Flood Elevation; an elevation certificate documents it. Flood is excluded from homeowners policies.
Hurricane / Coastal Wind
Named-storm (officially named hurricanes/tropical storms) exposure. FORTIFIED construction (the IBHS storm-resistance standard), roof-to-wall connection, opening protection, hurricane deductible set as a % of the insured value, state wind pool (the last-resort wind insurer).
