Zen Insurance

A proof of concept for a property-insurance startup idea. It follows one policy through the whole pipeline: quote → underwriting → servicing → claims. Mock data throughout. Every flow below is clickable, and the role workspaces share one submission thread, so what a customer submits shows up in the underwriter's queue.

What it is
A proof of concept, not a production system.
Data
Mock data and ISO-standard form names; no real insurer.
The idea
Quote a property policy in minutes; AI agents assemble the risk picture, a human decides.
Showcase
Quote → underwriting → servicing → claims, one connected story.
Plan design
First built in plain JavaScript for a group-benefits insurer about two decades ago; recreated in 2026 with new code.
How it runs
Static site: no backend, no login, no API keys. State stays in your browser.
